What I can help with
| Reading questions | Something in your chart you cannot make sense of, or a position where the guide did not go far enough. |
| Corrections | A number that looks wrong, a reading that contradicts another page, a broken calculator. These get priority — please include your date of birth so I can reproduce it. |
| Your data | Access, correction or deletion requests. See the Privacy Policy for what is held and for how long. |
| Content and press | Quoting the site, interviews, collaborations. |
| Advertising | Queries about ads shown on the site. |
What I cannot help with
Some things fall outside what a chart reading can responsibly do, and it is fairer to say so up front than to answer badly.
- Medical, psychological, financial or legal questions. A chart is not a diagnosis and not advice. Please speak to a qualified professional — this is set out in full in the Disclaimer.
- Readings for someone else without their knowledge. I will not interpret a partner’s, colleague’s or ex-partner’s chart on their behalf.
- Predictions. The Destiny Matrix describes patterns, not events. I cannot tell you when something will happen or whether it will.
- Urgent crises. If you are in distress, please contact a local support service or your doctor. I am not able to provide that kind of help and would be doing you a disservice by trying.
